The service

GraphicMeat Smart Cart is a Shopify app provided by Modernios Aplikacijos MB. Installing it creates an agreement to these terms. They apply alongside Shopify’s own terms, which continue to govern your store.

Fees

The app is free until it has generated you $200 in a rolling 30-day window. Past that, the Pro plan is $9.99/month with a 14-day free trial, and is required to save new or edited configuration — what is already live keeps running.

All charges are made through Shopify’s Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. We never handle your card details. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the offers, discounts and copy you configure, and for their accuracy and legality in the markets you sell to. Do not use the app to make pricing claims you do not intend to honour.

Availability

The app is provided as is, without warranty. We aim to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Discounts are calculated by Shopify Functions at checkout; Shopify remains the system of record for what a customer is charged.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

Uninstall at any time; that ends the agreement and deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or Shopify’s platform rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
